Shipping
Delivery timeline
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days to major cities, and up to 7 business days to remote areas across Pakistan.
Shipping charges
- Free delivery on all orders over Rs. 5,000.
- A flat delivery fee applies to orders below Rs. 5,000, shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by SMS or email. You can also check status any time under My Account → Orders.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to love what you wear. If the fit or style isn't right, we offer a straightforward 7-day exchange.
Our policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability in the requested size or style.
- Sale items marked "final sale" and innerwear cannot be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
How to start an exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the size/style you'd like, within 7 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the swap and arrange pickup or drop-off.
Refunds
Where an exchange isn't possible, eligible orders may be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, per your preference. Please allow a few business days for processing.
